The don Quijote School in Madrid, Spain opened its new school in the spring of 2008 in the heart of the city's Argüelles District. The school occupies the lower three levels of a historic building and is located next to Liria Palace, residence of the famous Duchess of Alba. The don Quijote Salamanca Spanish School is where it all started 20 years ago as our first school. The school is a restored 16th century monastery and boasts a privileged location in the heart of the historic city center, just minutes from the famous University of Salamanca. The school features a beautiful courtyard area and garden which divides the school in three parts: offices, cafeteria and classrooms. The main building consists of three floors with 17 classrooms, a lounge area, a computer/video room with free WIFI access, a library and more. The location and set up is ideal for students to meet up in the courtyard to relax and chat.
